Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or payment issues.

Delivery timelines may vary based on location.
Spicy Aroma Pickles is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders once confirmed may not be cancelled after dispatch.
Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are not accepted.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered in case of damaged or incorrect products, provided customers notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

6. Product Storage & Usage

Store pickles in a cool, dry place.
Always use a dry spoon to maintain freshness.
Once opened, refrigerate for best shelf life.
