Return & Refund Policy

At Spicy Aroma Pickles, we take great care in preparing and packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. As our products are food items and prepared in small batches, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

1. No Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of pickles and food products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A leaking bottle
  • A wrong item
  • A spoiled product

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

You must share:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • Order details (Order ID / Name / Contact number)

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • A replacement of the product, or
  • A refund to your original payment method

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer
  • Delivery was unsuccessful due to unavailability of the customer
  • Product was opened, used, or improperly stored
